Co-Payment:
The Insurer will reimburse ninty (90) percent of each covered claim up to the Insured Limit. The Insured’s share will be ten (10) percent of each covered claim. This is referred to as the co-payment. Once the Insurer’s share, (90%) of each covered claim, has been established the applicable deductible will be applied.
The net will be reimbursed to the Insured.

Deductible:
The Deductible is the stated dollar amount per accident, or Illness Condition for which the Insured is responsible. A one-hundred dollar ($100.00) deductible is applicable per incident for accidents and per condition, per policy term, for illnesses.
